P – is for Positive energy. Do they bring enthusiasm and optimism, especially when things are difficult?
E – is for Empathy. Do they notice how colleagues are feeling and respond thoughtfully?
R – is for Resilience and/or Reliability. Do they stay composed and constructive when things go wrong and are they the person others know they can depend upon?
S – is for Sharing knowledge, giving credit and helping others succeed.
O – is for Originality or Creativity – coming up with unusual ideas or seeing problems differently. They may have a memorable communication style, perhaps being particularly witty, direct, enthusiastic, calm or charismatic.
N – is for Never Giving Up / Determination, having the confidence and being willing to speak up, challenge ideas and share opinions.
A – is for Approachability, making people feel comfortable asking questions or starting conversations, or Authenticity – being genuine rather than trying to fit a corporate mould
