A word from our Sponsor: The Change Organisation

1 How has the year been going for The Change Organisation?

2025 has been an incredibly rewarding year. The Change are forecasting year-on-year growth to exceed 30%, driven primarily by strong performance across Dell and HPE server and networking solutions. This success ties in with the move to our new building enabling us to increase stock availability and offer configuration and deployment speeds well above the market average. Being appointed as a Tier 1 distributor for Ruijie Networks has boosted our SME networking revenue, as they continue to challenge Ubiquiti’s market share.

2 What are the latest developments at The Change Organisation that partners should know about?

Our move to our new purpose-built Canterbury distribution centre has increased operational capacity and provided the physical platform for both continued product portfolio & service expansion such as in Keyboard reprinting and asset tagging. Our partnerships with vendors such as Ruijie, who recently featured in Gartner, are driving growth in the UK market. We have close partnerships with vendors such as Poly to be able to offer our customers a full plug and play solution to meet the demand in Hybrid work equipment.

3 What key piece of advice would you give to MSPs?

As a distributor, we see many MSPs pursuing growth through acquisitions and private equity funding—but the outcomes for employees and end users aren’t always positive. While pushing for efficiency gains and staying ahead of the curve with innovations like AI has clear benefits, we believe it’s equally important for MSPs to retain their core fundamentals: service, flexibility, and a human touch. Values that foster long-term trusted relationships.

4 You’re sponsoring the UCC Vendor of the Year award. What are the biggest trends in this space right now?

Hybrid work has transitioned from a temporary trend to an established norm. Leading vendors such as Jabra, Logitech, and Poly are responding with innovative solutions that combine ease of setup with long-lasting comfort and usability, making outdated headsets and unreliable video calls a thing of the past, paving the way for seamless and professional collaboration experiences.
